Creme Egg Cake tutorial

Creme Egg Filling:
- 170g Liquid glucose
- 58g butter, room temperature
- 375g icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla Sunflower pro gels gel paste
Chocolate Mud Cake
Recipe:
- 220ml sunflower oil
- 200g Dark choc
- 160ml milk
- 125g plain flour
- 125g self raising flour
- 50g cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 400g caster sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100ml buttermilk
Method:
- Preheat oven to 160c
- In a saucepan melt the choc with oil and milk
- Combine dry ingredients
- When choc mixture is cooled add to dry ingredients with eggs.
- Mix till combined.
- Pour into lined 6" round 4" deep tin
- Bake for approx 1 hr 50 mins.
Milk Chocolate Ganache
Recipe:
- 1kg Belcolade
- 400ml Double cream
Method:
- Microwave in 30sec intervals till fully melted
- cover with cling film and leave overnight.
