Standard Shipping (Ireland)
We use DPD for deliveries
Delivery takes 2-3 business days after despatch in Republic of Ireland for only €5.95 and free when you spend over €60. This delivery time is accurate 95% of the time so please allow for unexpected delays. You will receive an email when your parcel is dispatched .If your order has not arrived within 2 days please contact us at website@sugarsisters.ie quoting your order number and we will follow it up for you.
Cut Off
We endeavour to get all orders placed by 1pm despatched the same day but at busier times we may not be able to do this, we will always do our best.The Tuesdays after Bank holidays tend to be very busy as well as the lead up to Christmas and occasions like Easter.
Shipping (UK)
Deliveries to UK takes 5-7 Working days. It is free when you spend £42.50 or more, if not then the cost is £7.50
Rest of the world
We are currently unable to take orders via our website. However you can email in your order with screenshots to our website of what you would like to website@sugarsisters.ie. Delivery fee is calculated on weight so please keep this in mind when order heavy items.
Returns
We offer returns on your products as long as they are unopened and within 2 months of there best before date/expiry date. Returns must be agreed in advance, please email website@sugarsisters.ie. We reserve the right to refuse a refund. Must have original proof of purchase to qualify.Unfortunatly, we cannot offer refunds on custom products or unwrapped Cake Boxes or Boards.
