Standard Shipping (Ireland)
Delivery takes 2-3 working days after despatch in Republic of Ireland for only €5.75 and free when you spend over €50. This delivery time is accurate 95% of the time so please allow for unexpected delays. You will receive an email when your parcel is dispatched .
Cut Off
Place your order before 3pm any weekday, excluding Bank Holidays for same day despatch.
Shipping (UK)
Deliveries to UK takes 5-7 Working days. It is free when you specd €75.00 or more, if not then the cost is €7.50
Rest of the world
We are currently unable to take orders via our website. However you can email in your order with screenshots to our website of what you would like to website@sugarsisters.ie. Delivery fee is calculated on weight so please keep this in mind when order heavy items.
Returns
We offer returns on your products as long as they are unopened and within 2 months of there best before date/expiry date. Returns must be agreed in advance, please email website@sugarsisters.ie. We reserve the right to refuse a refund. Must have original proof of purchase to qualify.Unfortunatly, we cannot offer refunds on custom products or unwrapped Cake Boxes or Boards.
