The LorAnn Proffesional Bakery Emulsions distinguished from concentrated extracts with a rich, robust and long lasting taste. The emulsions are particular suitable for use in more extreme environments. They could be processed at high temperatures. An excellent choice for all self-making cakes, biscuits, cookies, but also for fillings, such as icing and desserts.
This blueberry baking emulsion has a delightful blueberry flavor.
Ingredients: water, propylene glycol, natural and artificial flavouring, xanthan gum, colour: E129, E133, alcohol, preservative: E202.
E129: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
May contain traces of: egg, peanuts, soy, milk, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (E220-E228) at concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.
This product is: Kosher certified, gluten-free.
