Apricot Flavour Jelly 200g

Apricot-flavored gelatin, ideal for garnishing, glazing fruit, and finishing desserts. For a thinner consistency, dissolve 200 g of product in 50 g of water in a bain-marie and mix well. Dissolve before use.

Ingredients : sucrose, glucose syrup, water, thickeners and gelling agents: carrageenan (E407), carob seed gum (E410); preservatives: potassium sorbate (E202); acidifier: citric acid (E330); flavoring: apricot extract. May contain traces of nuts, milk, eggs and derivatives.

Average nutritional values per 100 g of product : energy value 1237.6 Kj – 291.2 Kcal, fats of which saturated 0 g, carbohydrates of which sugars 72.6 g, proteins 0.2 g, sodium 0 g.

Storage instructions : Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and heat. Once opened, keep tightly closed until the expiration date indicated.
