Here's a concise guide to selecting the ideal Flexi Frost size for your cake:
1. Consider Your Cake Size: The carving templates are made to fit regular cake tins. So please follow the sizing when selecting your product to know what cake tin you need. Alternatively you could also use a bigger cake or even a sheet cake.
For our Flexi Frost numbers they will work best with a sheet cake pan with a minimum size of 8.2" x 11.7" (21cm x 29.7cm)
2. Optimal Frosting Thickness: Using Flexi Frost & carve ensures a consistent 1/4" layer of frosting on both sides of your cake.
By following this straightforward recommendation, you'll effortlessly achieve professional-looking cakes with precise frosting thickness every time.
3. Add-on Products:
We highly recommend our custom-made Flexi Frost Mini Scraper — perfect for reaching the tighter spots in number shapes, especially 0, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6/9, and 8.
