We are very excited to be running this Class , we have had lots of enquiries about using FROSTFORM and this class will take your skills to the next level. You will leave this class with a delicious and flawless cake made by yourself with lots of amazing skills learnt!

TUTOR BIO

The Tutor is Allie from @pinkalicious who is coming over to us from Holland

Allie is a very talented and experienced Cake Maker and is a Brand Ambadassor for many Brands including FROSTFORM.

CLASS INFO

This is a real Cake Class, you will go home with a real cake decorated as shown.

Learn how to:
- Trim your sponge and stack to get a perfectly straight cake.
- Make butter Ganache and how to colour it for best results.
- Fill your Frost Form and reveal to get perfect results.
- Make Swiss meringue buttercream using Cake Cream ( Demonstration )
- How to colour Swiss meringue buttercream
- Pipe buttercream borders and swirls
- Create a calligraphy banner using Sweet Stamp

This class will start at 10.00 am in the morning and will run till aprox 5 pm.Please note it may finish earlier or take longer depending on the day and the progress of the class.

Lunch is included. If you have any dietary restrictions please email info@sugarsisters.ie with your requirements

CANCELLATION

If you need to cancel your place we can offer a full refund if notified within 2 weeks of the class.

Location: The class will take place in our Cake Studio in our Dublin shop. Sugarsisters, Dublin 1, D01ND71 ( Pink shop in front of the Ha'penny Bridge )

What to bring: Yourself and a note book and pen if you like to take any notes. We will provide all tools, materials and aprons etc.

You will be able to bring your finished cake home to enjoy. We will provide boxes for you to carry it safely.
