Cake Star presents this cute Gingerbread Man Cutter with 3 reversible embossers which sit within the cutter for ease of storage.

Make gingerbread biscuit dough and roll out to approximately 3mm thick, select embosser and press firmly into dough, line up cutter and cut out shapes. Cook as per recipe instructions, allow to cool and decorate as required.
