Floral Romance Cake Class Sat April 29th

We are very excited to be running this Class , we have had lots of enquiries about using Sugarpaste/Fondant and this class will take your skills to the next level. 

TUTOR BIO

The Tutor is Anne-Marie Cahill-Byrne of Cherub Couture Wedding Cakes @cherubcouture.weddingcakes

Anne-Marie is a very talented and experienced Cake Maker with 10 years making cakes and  9 years teaching.

Anne-Marie successfully won South East Wedding Cake designer of the year and then also won the overall Irish Cake Desiner of the year at the Irish Wedding Awards 2018.

CLASS INFO

This is not a real Cake Class,  a dummy cake is used.

• How to work with and use Sugarpaste/Fondant
• How to get a perfect smooth finish  
• Creating sharp edges
• How to colour Sugarpaste/Fondant
• How to use flower cutters to achieve a pretty flowers that can be used also on cupcakes 
• How to dust flowers to create a more realistic effect
• How to cover a Blank Canvas Topper
• How to use Sweet Stamp lettering to decorate the Topper.
• How to hand paint a watercolour effect on a Cake.
• Sugarpaste modelling
• and much more !

This class will start at 10.00 am in the morning and will run till aprox 4 pm.
