This class will be with out brilliant Emily from Emilys cakes.

Learn how to make Swiss meringue Buttercream from a demo by your teacher. Fill and Frost a sponge cake with Swiss meringue Buttercream. How to create a selection of Piped buttercream flowers using a variety of nozzles. Assemble into a lovely bouquet on top of your cake And finish off with Buttercream leaves.

This class is suitable for beginners and all levels. 

This class will start at 10 am and run till approximately 5:00pm. Finish time will very depending on the progress of the class so please allow for this. 

The cost for this class is €120. A 50% Deposit is required to secure you space and the balance is due one month prior to the event. Deposits are strictly non-refundable so please keep this in mind when you book. 

We supply a lovely lunch and all the tools and materials you will need. You will take your work home with you.
