The Callebaut Callets Gold have a beautiful gold colour that makes them unique compared to other chocolate callets. 

• Composed from a fine selection of ingredients such as white chocolate, caramelised sugar and caramelised milk
• Gold has an intense yet balanced caramel chocolate taste
• Rich notes of toffee, butter, cream and a dash of salt
• This is not caramel flavoured chocolate

You can simply melt the callets to make beautiful creations such as chocolates. But off course you can also use them to decorate cakes, cupcakes and cookies. 

Storage: 12-20°C, in a dry and odour-free environment.
